Successful Completion of North American Automotive Interior Parts Painting Line Project

On October 20, 2024, all team members involved in the automotive parts painting line project in Aguascalientes, Mexico, undertaken by Guanjie Technology, returned to China.

The project featured a main equipment configuration comprising dual robots in the spray booth, a SKID conveyor system, constant temperature and humidity air handling units, and Guanjie Industrial Intelligent System. The entire project was designed, constructed, and commissioned by Guanjie Technology.

With a strong sense of mission and enthusiasm, Guanjie Technology’s engineering team demonstrated a professional attitude and dedicated spirit, adhering to the principle of “anticipating client needs and addressing client concerns.” They exhibited unwavering determination in overcoming challenges, relying on their exceptional technical skills and extensive engineering experience. During the critical commissioning phase, despite tight deadlines, heavy workloads, complex conditions, and harsh environments, the team proactively communicated and coordinated to resolve technical issues. They tackled each challenge in the commissioning process one by one, working intensively under high pressure in a short period to ensure the rapid and successful launch of the automotive parts painting production line.
