Self-Circulating Air Handling Unit (SCAC) for Paint Booths

The GJ-YD-2025-SCAC01 is a heavy-duty, self-circulating air-handling cabinet engineered for automotive and general-industry paint lines. Installed directly beside the spray booth, it continuously recirculates 28 000 m³/h of conditioned air to maintain constant temperature, humidity and cleanliness—without drawing make-up air from outside. The closed-loop design cuts energy consumption by up to 35 % and guarantees ISO 8 / FED-STD-209E Class 100 000 background cleanliness inside the booth.
