More about the product
The large-scale recirculating wastewater treatment system in the coating production line achieves zero wastewater discharge. The system automatically recovers the wastewater from the spray booth, and then performs automatic filtration, neutralization, and dewatering, ensuring the immediate cleanliness of the spray booth and water pipes.
This not only enhances the coating quality of the products, but also reduces the frequency of replacement for the system and related equipment consumables, thereby lowering the cost of consumables.
Moreover, the system can operate without water replacement for three to five years, transforming wastewater treatment into solid waste treatment, making the entire production line more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Design Basis:
Data on wastewater discharge volume, concentration range, and treatment site area;
- "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996);
- "Water Pollutant Discharge Standard" (DB44/26-2001);
- "Techniques for Wastewater Treatment in the Mechanical Industry";
- "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).
- Employ advanced wastewater treatment processes that are stable, reliable, and easy to operate.
- Carefully and reasonably arrange the site, equipment, and pipeline layout of the wastewater treatment facilities.
- Design in accordance with various national design standards.
